The measurements were performed using the SP-AA (4000) equipped with the 50 mm scraper burner head. The samples (1 g) were transferred into microwave PTFE digestion vessels and then added 3 mL water, 6 mL HCl (37 %), 2 mL HF (40 %) after that the microwave vessels were closed.

The measurements were performed by using Absorption flame AAS technique with single beam mode. The Self-reversal (Smith-Hieftje) background correction is applied in this case. Also the other technique was used for measuring element in IA group of periodic table is Emission flame AAS technique without using Hollow Cathode Lamp.
